6 Divers and a hood ornament :) ventured out on Saturday morning
Yup, no fooling it was Dennis that popped out to join us for one of the last dives of the year! We all gathered before 9am in the 38 degrees and ventured out past the new Commadore restaurant.
Everyone was happy Paul brought Dennis along for the exciting dive in Nag. He was thrilled to join us and we all had a great time.
Pete, Dennis, Paul, Mark, Roger, Jeff & John all set forth with little wind, well until we got out by dive site that is. Temps warmed up to 50 by the end of the dive, so not so bad.
Dropped in about 18 feet of clear visibility down to about 50, lots of fish, but no Crayfish, unlike last weeks plethora of them at 43 feet. Mating season it was 4 sure. Got all set and jumped off the boat leaving Dennis to enjoy the sunshine and float tracks across the lake. Paul/Jeff, Roger/Mark, John/Pirate Pete all partnered up.
Commadore to the left and a competing house to the right, guess adding to the Waukesha
tax bills :) Not sure which is bigger ;)
Pete found the winner bottle!
it was a Worcestershire Sauce blue bottle, we never found one of these before. Although I'm pretty sure I saw it first and flashed it and he jumped in on it!
Just like a pirate raid! Other was coke and a blatz.
A few, uncommon, anchors and a few brew cans were picked up too.
Water was 53 up top and 47 down below, with lots of critters to be seen.
Off to Wind lake next week!
